ID Required!

To expedite the signing of any document, Clients will need:

1. Any one of the following Valid Identifications (providing they are current) are acceptable:

State-issued Driver's License
State-issued Identification Card
Two credible witnesses with ID (for a person who does not have current ID)
US Passport
US Military ID Card
Inmate ID Card
Foreign Passports stamped by USCIS
ID card issued by the USCIS (Notarization of USCIS forms only)

2. Any additionally required stipulations for signing (example: W-2, Paystub, etc.).

3. Please complete all forms except signatures and notarized areas.

4. Please review all documents for the correct spelling of names and correct dates.
